I bought this stuffer after blowing through two different $80 upright stuffers. I was hesitant to spend $160, but the extra money was well worth it. It's solidly constructed of quality parts. Heavy enough that I almost didn't need to clamp it to the table. When stuffing the action was smooth, the gears didn't catch or slip when it hit resistance. The flow of farce was more consistent than the cheaper stuffers. Unlike the other stuffers I've used there wasn't a lot of wasted meat, far better than the 1/2lb or more that was left in the vertical stuffers that have the tube on the bottom. The high speed crank was great for quick refills.
