the head has 6 bolts you have to undo to take off the head and clean
one of the nicest grinders I have ever used I do a small meat business from my home and 15 years as a meat manager and the grinder over exceeded my expectations.The only draw back is there is no quick attach for the head and you have to unbolt it after every use to clean
Product is very well made came with both large and medium grates and extra blade. We make multiple varieties of sausage and must grind the various meats multiple times. The product so far is well worth the price compared to buying from restaurant equipment suppliers.
Could not believe this lasted a whole deer season I processed 60+ deer and it did not quit. It owes me nothing and worked better than my old biro. If this breaks I will buy another.
