I did not know how badly I needed this!Works like a champ. I make salsa Fresca that is very involved- and this crazy medieval looking device cuts the time and body stress to prepare it significantly.Initial notes-You’ll need pliers to loosen the twist screws to remove/change the plastic tamper. They are screwed on waaaay too tight.Use a little more downward force with softer items over harder items. Example- more force for tomatoes. Less force for hard skin peppers.Device could use a smaller grid blade- I will look into buying an add on. You can make smaller pieces if you run items through in chopped piles multiple times. For now I’m cool with it- way less effort than hand chopping.Easy to hand wash clean. Wouldn’t recommend dishwasher you’ll ruin this kind of metal finish with high heat.That’s about it. :)
