The setup and cleaning of this unit is a breeze. The four legs are well built and sturdy. The arm coming doe to chop provides fast easy cutting.b dicing onions for my griddle reminds me of when I was a teen working the State Fair on a similar unit. If you want to dice onions, cut potatoes this works.
The direction of the force when you press the handle is down versus other ones that are horizontal to the feed. I cut them in a sink of cold water and add some salt. Very quick and easy to clean when done.
I love this for chopping large amounts of pre-sliced veggies, it saved a lot of time processing bags of onions! I've also done celery and baby carrots (sliced in half lengthwise) with no issues at all!Three stars for cleaning it though, you will find that you need a stiff brush with long bristles to clean it, and stuck veggies don't come loose easy with just the spray gun.
