I received the tool well packaged and it was delivered as scheduled on checkout. The tool is well made, there are many very noticeable improvements over earlier generations of Chinese made Multitools. Blade is sharp, locks securely into place. No blade play, smooth opening and closing action. It’s the same for saw, file and shears. The locking mechanism for in-handle stored tools works flawless and securely locks tools as well. No burrs, no production residue, nothing wobbles around. Spring loaded pliers work well. Bits are OK. Issues: Side cutters not sharp and do not pass each other close enough, will cut solid wire but struggle heavily with fine stranded wire. Bit adapter sits way too loose on Phillips screwdriver. Problem is that the magnet only engages on the very tip of the Phillips screwdriver, that is not a big enough surface for the magnet to properly/securely engage on. Bits are held securely in holder. I’d suggest to redesign the bit holder/ find other means of attaching it to Multitool, that would greatly improve usability in the field. Currently you really need to focus and remember that it is a rather loose connection and work accordingly with it. I’m sure these issues can be fixed on the next generation of Multitools and I will be happily purchasing another one then and see how that has improved. I highly recommend this Multitool as a value for money alternative, you can keep them around literally everywhere and it won’t break the bank if broken, lost, stolen or for whatever reason confiscated. Definitely a good product overall! 4 Stars, would be 5 if it wasn’t for the issues with side cutters & bit holder.
