The Pool needed a railing for steps. This kit came with all the drills, anchors and railing sleeve to install it quickly.Just be sure you are using a 1/2” drill compatible hammer drill. Place the railing mounting plate where you plan to install it. Use a sharpie to spot the wholes. Drill pilot then using the drill supplied the anchor holes. We put a sealant in the holes before pounding the anchors then the lag bolts suppled in wholes. Tightened down the handle will sit flush. The heat sleeve Velcro on in a minute. Safe and secure in under 45 minutes!
