I received mine today. Surprisingly it has the stop screw to stop the head from turning. So it has 3 stop screws: the bottom one to stabilize the main orange pipe. The one in the middle to adjust the height. And 3rd one is to stop the head turning.I read reviews before placing the order, lots of reviews are complaining that the head is swiveling. I was thinking I could use tap and bolt to fix it. When I received mine, the screw is there! I guess the manufacturer added this after quite a lot complaining.I am happy and ordering 2nd oneI knocked one star because the head pin is severely scratched. It is not a big deal and I can sand it down. But it is a brand new one, it should not have such severe scratches
