Pottery wheel was working nicely. After a couple of uses I encountered a problem with the pedal and contacted the costumer service. They replied really fast, asked about my problem and sent me another pottery wheel, when the techincal issue was discovered. I would recommend this product and their services as they have proven, that even if you hve an issue they are more than willing to help you resolve it. Thank you for everything.

Bitte nutzen Sie aber auf keinen Fall den lokalen kroatischen Dienst HP (Hrvatska pošta) als Kurierdienst, da dieser absolut unzuverlässig ist und ich nie weiß, ob und wann das Paket ankommt, bitte nutzen Sie GLS oder andere Dienstleistungen. Leider kooperiert DHL mit HP und es ist das gleiche Problem. Wenn das Paket in Kroatien ankommt, ist nicht mehr bekannt, wann es zugestellt wird. Danke schön.
