This unit was deeply upsetting. It worked great twice and on the 3rd use it turned off and never came back on. Everything was perfect as far as solution level and procedure. It just died.
I would be willing to give this it a 2nd chance if Vevor had any a gateway to get customer service. Ahh, well just return the item through the portal, right? I would love to.
I filled out all the information about the failure of the product and then it gets to the point where they want an uploaded video in .mp4 format. I've tried to upload a video (under 50 megabytes) as they require multiple times over the course of multiple days, hoping it was just a temporary glitch. It will not attach. Vevor's customer service gateway is a dead-end. I would love to call and get service over the phone but they don't have a number available anywhere on their site.
I've bought a lot on this site, but I think this is the last direct Vevor purchase I make. Having no way to do a legitimate return is just not worth it.
This unit is risky to buy. Just go to Amazon and buy one, you can get quick and easy returns if something happens.
